I try to get people to attend free seminars on property investment. That's how I get money to (hopefully) invest. But at the moment, even though I'm not in debt now, I doubt it'll be long before I am.
I have to at least pretend to believe it - I'm trying to get people to attend conferences here. I never knew that giving away free stuff would be so HARD.
I save a bit but it just generally goes into my bank account, i get £20 a week from EMA for going to college and behaving so i usually take £10 out of that to spend on food and travel, the rest stays in there and it all adds up since i rarely spend it. Need to finish my CV soon so i can give it to a person when i apply for a job.. or start a business doing something.
Considering going to uni to do graphic design but by the time i get there, the fees will probably be increased by a lot and i'd be stuck with student debt for ages.. Then again there are ways to make money to pay it off, like these 2 guys came up with an idea of getting paid to paint ads/company logo on their face for a day to promote the company etc, and they got paid for it, i have no idea how much they are making or made but last i heard they made about £2500 in 2 weeks, so if that carried on they would probably be set to cover their fees + more. I think this was their site - [link] - It's kind of weird but a pretty good idea if you ask me.
Suppose i'll need to come up with something amazing that will end up making a lot of money, or get lucky and strike rich on the lottery

So... Maybe not?
There is a rental crisis going on, as in more people than homes.
Where did you hear that?
(So it's probably a load of BS.)
Still, the graphs look pretty, and the numbers go up.
Ding ding ding! We have a winner

Glad you're not buying it. Be careful when the party advising you has a vested interest.
