I've been viewing your posts for awhile and I almost always think the same thing: love the sky, don't care for the water. Same reason in both cases: smoothness. If you're using some sort of noise/grain remover on the whole images (which is what it looks like), consider being more selective with it.

Hm, I am surprised you would say it for this particular shot since there was hardly any noise and hardly any noise reduction. I looked at the original and the edited and the water looks pretty much the same.

I'll keep this comment in mind for some of the shots for sure.
