The ones on the shore (left) look kinda like peanut brittle to me. I guess the one on the right could be peanut brittle with frosting and red/pink sprinkles on it - for valentines day? I duknow :D

Your Wedgemount series is fantastic, especially considering what appeared to be unfavorable sky conditions. I will visit Wedgemount before I die, and my primary motivation is your photography!

Oh yeah, without HDR this day was a total loss. The light was so flat.

Поразительно!!!!
Назрел вопрос.
Там правда так красиво как на твоих фотографиях или все таки добавляешь красок фотошопом?
У меня просто мозг выносит как же красиво.

The big piece in front looks like a giant lizard skull to me. :D

Also, I second Firecatt: You get some amazingly vivid colors in these shots, often in unexpectedly pretty combinations. It's one of the coolest things about your work.
I want to download the color schemes into my brain so I can use them for painting later.

Whatever you did to get that shade of blue on the ice and water is amazing.
