A third of the way is still covered by snow in September It's an amazing year. The cloud on the left started off as a jet trail, and over half an hour drifted around 20 km, slowly transforming into a long and much wider cloud.
That is a ranger's hut. In the winter, it's covered with snow completely and you have to dig down to access the second floor. 6 meters (18 feet) of snow is common here. I wonder how much they are paid to spend the summer there
