Peterhof (Russian Петергоф) is a series of palaces and gardens, laid out on the orders of Peter the Great. It's located in the suburbs of Saint Petersburg, Russia. The cool thing is that every fountain you see in this photo is powered by gravity - no pumps are involved.

That's what everyone tells me! I've heard it's one of Russia's most beautiful cities. I love art, culture, and just about everything Russian - so it's at the top of my places to go.

The old architecture - of course. Most old Russian buildings from before the revolution could pass for Europe somewhere. But I'm actually talking about the people.
