The rain had just stopped, and the sun was barely peeking through between the clouds and the horizon, illuminating the shallow river bend in the far distance.

I am very excited to be able to shoot this location with the Tokina 11-16mm and Photomatix Pro. There is just no way I could without them.

Location: North arm of the Fraser River, Beautiful British Columbia.
Equipment: Nikon D90 + Tokina 11-16mm.
Technique: Photomatix Pro 4.0 and Photoshop CS5 from 3 RAW exposures.
Download: Up to 2560x1600, 2560x1440, and 1600x1200.

You're welcome!

As for your question, yes and no. There are parts that are literal and other parts that are not. There's a lot of symbolism in the Bible, but a lot of it I believe is actual historical and literal fact. I hope that helps.
