The 2012 landscape calendar is now available. Check it out!

Spot the little white heron on the right. It always hung around this area at sunrise.

Location: Tangolunda Bay, Huatulco, Mexico.
Equipment: Nikon D90 + Tokina 11-16mm.
Technique: Photoshop CS5 from 3 RAWs shot in 1.5 EV intervals. Hand-blended.

I love every bit of this... the whooshing surf in the foreground, the gilt-edged clouds, the molten sun, the little heron... :love:

Ivan, you have such an unmistakeable style. I saw this in *Punkdiva's sunrise/sunset feature and knew it was you the moment I saw the thumbnail. It is important to be recognisable like that, and your style seems much more developed than 99% of photographers on :devart:, myself included.
