It's amazing, how you captured a natural and vivid clash of complimentary colors - hot orange and smokey blue. It gives the image a lot of energy, though it's more or less static.
The rocks are also a huge part of it; you take a lot of sunset beach photos, but sand sits more or less perpendicular to the sun, and doesn't catch glow well. The rocks, however, really glow with the color, and the cast nice, hard shadows - furthering the orange-blue contrast.
The composition of Outlook works very well. The eye follows the curve of the shoreline and the viewer is drawn into the picture...then there is so much to see. The colors of the blue and orange work well together and there is a nice contrast. Did you use any special effects?
