Everything looked profoundly boring until 5 minutes after the sun went down. I was wearing my hiking boots, which came in handy when I climbed down to those slipper rocks. Had to be really careful, especially considering that I was pretty excited about the light.

Wonderful! A stunning shot!! The wispy clouds are perfect and compliment the fading sunset and the last little bit of blue and dark blue sky. This is absolutely wonderful. I noticed the small flock of birds in the middle left. Though sunset pictures are extremely common, this is the best I have ever seen. The water is completely perfect with the small ripple echoing out from the middle. This is absolutely perfect, and perhaps, the one thing I would take out of this would be the birds. I find the flock is out of place, but, speaking positively, the birds add a nice touch in the sky. I love the way the colours fade like: Black, Dark Red, Red, Orange, Yellow. Then fade out the same way; Yellow, Orange, Red, and so on. The photo is expertly done and I personally LOVE this. Congratulations on getting a fantastic picture. It's wonderful!!
